Pre Seed...How much?

So I have used pre seed twice this cycle so far. I have heard to use what you feel is needed and wound up using 2. It still seems like SOOOOO much! Will it work if I use less? I have started using it to combat my hostile cm due to benadryl use for sleep. Felt it could only help.

Me and DF actually used the reccomended amount at 3... and he liked it. But the cycle we tried it didnt work for us so im wondering if it was to much as when i went to pee after like... so much stuff fell out (tmi i know lol)

I know some guys cant perform if using to much though, they cant get a grip properly. use what feels right!
