Pregnancy after a loss

Hi. I lost my angel baby on 3/30 ( 2 days before my son's first bday party ) and just found out on Sunday that I'm pregnancy again! I'm excited, and terrified...happy and so scared. I'm terrified to get my hopes up and feel almost sick to my stomach with worry. My ob/gyn is amazing and we did blood work yesterday to see how my hcg and progesterone levels are. One she got those back today, she scheduled an appointment for me next week. My first appointment with her was the day after I started mc with my angel baby and she told me that when we got pregnant again we would stay on top of everything and she has definitelny proven to keep her word so far. Any advice on how to not panic for my whole pregnancy?

Sounds like you are in good hands. Just try to remember this is a new pregnancy and embrace the experience. I've not been in that situation yet, still TTC but imagine that constant fear is always there. Try your best to relax and take it all in. A Happy and healthy 9 months to you !!

Congratulations! I'm not sure there's any way to not worry when you're pregnant after a loss. Just try to focus on one day at a time.

Also, the ladies in this thread are still TTC, but there is a board for those pregnant after a loss.
