pregnancy and nursing after breast lift?

Anyone had a breast lift (lollipop lift) and gotten pregnant? I'm curious about the areola acting differently than a non lifted breast, does it still get dark and spread? Do you still get bumps on your areola? Were you able to breastfeed? Mostly, were you able to breastfeed ?

I had a breast augmentation, under the muscle about 6 years ago, and I am still nursing at 4 months. I really haven't noticed any different between nursing before or after my lift.

Thank you I had implants under and then over and eventually got them removed and got a lift. I am nervous that they severed the ducts I guess. I want to be able to breastfeed once we get pregnant and have the baby. I had kids before implants so that was a piece of cake but now that i've messed with them, I have no idea what to expect!
