Hello,
I am currently 31 weeks pregnant (and still attending college). I have been investigating pregnancy advice for my English Language studies, but am struggling to find any data for before the middle of the 18th century. I have contacted hospitals who said they don't hold this data, i have also contacted the royal college of midwifes many times, but have not yet had any response. Does anyone have/ know where i can get this sort of information as it is rather urgent.
xx Bethany xx:kiss:

Sorry I'm not in the UK but Tina Cassidy's History of Birth has a lot of good references from this era - you might find it in a library or download it.
