I found this tea at Whole Foods and was wondering if any of you ladies are currently using it or have used it in previous pregnancies? How did you like it?

Thanks ladies!!

Not that one what does it contain? I love this one https://www.mamatea.com/
And I'm really liking peppermint tea too to help with indigestion x

I don't remember up the ingredients. I'll have to look it up. The teas you posted look so good. I don't live in the UK though...I wonder if I can still get it

I personally use the Earth Mama, Angel Baby teas. They have teas targeted at a lot of stuff plus several that are great for after pregnancy.

I like David's ginger tea. Peppermint is great too but my gf warned me that it can cause heartburn later in 2 & 3rd tri when there's less room in your tummy. I also have candied ginger in case nausea comes on.

I have peppermint tea for nausea that I use right now and it works so far. I haven't been able to find ginger tea though
