Pregnant after first cycle trying!

Hi all! well I got my today! I am so excited! We have only been trying for one cycle, I am amazed its happened so quickly. I was also a bit worried as I was diagnosed with 'minimal endometriosis' on pouch of douglas last month after a laparoscopy to investigate pelvic pain, the consultant said it wouldn't affect my fertility but we decided to get cracking anyway as didn't want to wait any longer. Obviously the consultant was right. My period was due today and when I had no sign of it arriving I used a first response preg test and got a positive! My baby will be due around 16th May 2010. I am so happy
