Pregnant again?! Baby is 11 weeks old!

Hi all. Looking for any advice or thoughts. I had my beautiful first baby girl New Years Eve! (what a great birthday!). So, she is currently 11 weeks old. Me and my husband had a little too much fun a couple weeks ago and I think I could be pregnant again! I got my period for the first time after her birth 02/29 and we had sex 03/11. Because we were nervous and didnt think we would be ready, I took Plan B the next afternoon. I had some bleeding a week later (early period??) but now am getting faint lines on a HPT. I would be currenty 11DPO. Any thoughts? I will make a DR appt but was looking for opinions. We are blessed no matter what so if this was meant to be, then we are thrilled. I attached a pic. Thanks!! (HPT from this morning 11DPO). Could HCG still be in my system???

Cant really see the lines but i cant get it much bigger on my phone only way to tell istoretest in a few days see if it gets darker

I would be 11 DPO, not 11 weeks...sorry if my post was confusing!

I can see that. It's so hard to tell at this stage whether it's a BFP or leftover HCG though. Only way to know is to test again in a few days time.
