I'm somewhere between 4 & 5 weeks and am feeling the normal tiredness. Although I'm starting to feel very dizzy... Is anyone else feeling this way as well?? I'm not feeling sick or anything just yet.

The last time I was pregnant I really didn't have many symptoms. Just feeling a little tired and I had bad heartburn. I'm hoping this time around I get more symptoms. In a way I think It would make me feel better like things were going okay this time.

hey there. that was one of my first signs....and since i was waiting for my period post D&C, its what got me thinking (and the frequent bathroom trips) that i was pregnant again! it subsided, but actually had gotten worse the last few days ( i am around 10 weeks now).... I have pre-existing high blood pressure, so i have a blood pressure monitor at home....my blood pressure has been around 95/60 today....and when i get up everything goes black for a few seconds. So, although this is annoying, i am very happy, as if means my body is doing what it is suppose to and hopefully in second tri it doesnt go too high (apparently in first tri your Blood pressure is suppose to dip, then in second tri go back to normal levels).

just mention it to your doctor, and as long as your are not passing out, it is quite normal - just be careful when moving from a sitting to standing position and esp when getting up from bed...sit up for a few seconds before standing. hope this helps!

congrats!
