pregnant symptom?

Hiya, I've only been trying for a baby since coming off my pill on 25th July, but yesterday I started to feel a bit sick then later in the evening I started get bad tummy cramps like period cramps. This morning still got the cramps and having waves of feeling sickness.
I had my withdraw AF on 30th. I did a test this morning (didn't realise it wasn't even an EPT) even though I reckon its too early for a BFP and was right and got a BFN. Could it be possible I'm pregnant already?

You could be pregnant - its always a possibility but I know for me I experienced a lot of pregnancy like symptoms when I came off of the pill. I just felt so different to normal and even though I knew it was unlikely and we weren't actually trying then I still hoped. I looked it up and a lot of people on message boards had the same thing. Fingers crossed for you you actually are though!
