Hello all, Firstly, I hope all is well with your precious babies. Secondly, I'm a little concerned with the lack of prenatal vitamins I've taken during this pregnancy. I've asked advice from various health care professionals on their prospectives; midwifes/nurses/doctors. All of which said if I am unable to keep them down physically I need to ensure I have a balanced diet. I managed to take them for 2 weeks upon finding out I was 4 weeks pregnant but could eventually not consume them due to my m/s. However, my main concern is that I hear a few people are still consuming them throughout the second trimester. Is this vital & if so which ones would you ladies recommend? My best wishes to you all.
