I've been taking nature made prenatals since we started really trying to get pregnant. They always bothered my stomach a little but I didn't think anything of it. Now I'm pregnant and that little bit of stomach discomfort has become unbearable, and I feel soooo sick after taking them!

This morning was the WORST -- just openeing the bottle and smelling them made my stomach turn! It took me four tries just to swallow, and when I finally managed it.... well, I will spare you the gross detales and just say that morning sickness took over.

Does anyone have any recomendations for a prenatal that smells less... well, just smells LESS, I guess?

I take equate brand... Cause well I'm cheap and they supply the same nutrients as more expensive brands. I have no problems with the way they smell. In fact, I couldn't even tell you I ever noticed a smell and I have been really sensitive to smells.

Have you tried taking them at night, just before bed? May help if you can just lay down and go to sleep right after taking them.

I take Rainbow Organic prenatals and haven't had any problems with them. I do always make sure to take with food though just in case. They do not have any sort of smell to me.

I've had no problem with Target's Up&Up brand, and I definitely second the idea of taking them at night. I take them with dinner.

I 100% agree with purplecakes. I love the Target brand prenatal vitamins. Hasn't made me sick at all.

I won't lie.. I switched to using Flintstone gummies and taking a folic acid pill with them daily lol no complaints here! (Plus, I get to basically eat 2 gummy bears everyday.. I'm a happy camper!)

When my morning sickness was bad, I switched to a combination of the gummies and a chocolate calcium chew. I get the same vitamins, minerals and DHA without the gross taste. They haven't given me stomach issues or nasty fish burps like the others have.

Nature made brand made me queasy. So, I switched back to the vitafusion gummies, which I was using during TTC. Regardless of the time of the day and they won't make me queasy. Doc said to stick with the gummies if they are easier and the iron supplements can come at a later date, if extra iron is needed.

My sister in law works for a Nutraceutical Company called Global Pharmedica and I know for me I love their product called Mamis Care Plus . They add ginger and the ginger helps me with morning sickness but also helps settle my stomach when taking my other pre-natals. They have a pre-natal supplement as well and that goes down easy, no bad smell or anything. I know right now ( because I get their newsletter) they are having a promotion for half off your entire purchase if you use the Promo code: HALFGP when you check out, so if you want to try it and find out right now you can get it for cheap.

I spend a lot on prenatal a. I get whole food supplements. They are easier on the digestive system and absorbed easier into the body. I get Mega Foods Baby and Me prenatals. They do have a slight smell. However this one also has ginger, chamomile, raspberry leaf and other herbs to help with MS and giving baby a comfy bed. I think it helped us get pregnant (1st month on it we got a BFP).

I also notice MS is worse if I don't take it. I even had DH bring it to me (I was in town at a class) when I forgot it one morning.

One a Day's Prenatals are great. Never have they made me feel sick and they last me for some time before I have to get more...

I take Nature Made Prenatal multi + DHA. It's a liquid softgel, and I haven't had any problems with it. I take it before bed and I don't get an upset stomach.
