I take Twinlab Prenatal, they cost around 40 $ for big jar that lasts 3 months, and I get another jar of Folic acid for free

Initially I took the equate pre natals, comparable to centrum..to be honest they were the only ones that didn't make me too ill and have exactly what the $$ ones do. Dr prescribed always made me incredibly sick! Equate is $7 for a 30 day supply..even centrum are about $15, so a lot cheaper than what yu are paing and is just as effective. With both my boys I wasn't so great at even taking vitamins as I was so ill and they are ok

I was given samples of Vitafol and then taken back because they have IODINE and I'm allergic. So my dr told me to get the gummys. I got them at Walmart, 45 days worth was $8.
