Preschool problem

Well, I guess I should have told Makena's preschool how freaky Makena can be with her feet. She HATES anyone touching her feet. Getting shoes for Makena sounds like someone is sawing off her leg. It is very upsetting for her. I never thought about it being a problem in her preschool. But, I guess they took her shoes off and tried to paint her feet. She screamed. Then they tried to paint her face. I am not sure how much they tried. But, for the last week, she has had quite a bit of anxiety regarding the incident and has been not wanting to go to her preschool. I convinced her to go this morning after much persuasion and reassurance, but it really annoys me that they obviously tried something that she was more than likely protesting very loudly about. It should be enough that she just says no, and they stop. But, apparently they actually got paint on her feet. This kind of makes me angry. So, today I said that if she say no...she means no. Fair enough, right???? Or, am I overreacting?
