I need some ideas for DD who will be 6 months at Christmas. She really doesn't need much but DS will be worried if she doesn't have a stocking!

Plastic/wooden animals
A baby selection box (Organix/Goodies etc)
A bag of rice cakes
Toy cars (maybe Toot Toot)
Ducks for the bath
Stacking cups
A wind up toy
Spinning top
Weaning stuff- bowls/plates/cuttlery
Cup
Bibs
Blocks
A ball
Teething toy
A rattle
Toy keys
Any clothing in the next size up
Sensory bottles (I made a bunch for DD2 for her 1st Christmas as she was only teeny but my older 2 would have wondered why she didn't have presents; I used glitter/lentils/pompoms/sequins/dyed rice etc which I had around anyway).

I've gotten Alice a small doll it's filled with lavender and fits into the palm of my hand. I love it =) I think it will be the perfect size.
ALso a small push along dinosaur toy
A wooden horse it's a grasper/ teether

When my kids were babies, I filled their stockings with a few of those individual pureed food packets (I like Earth's Best), a few small baby toys-think teething rings and those little toys you can dangle from car seat handles, a few new pacifiers (we were always losing them anyway :haha:), and maybe a small board book. Nothing fancy and they were always so little they never knew anyway.

For stocking:
Bibs/dribble bits
weaning stuff (spoons, sippy cup)
socks
baby bubble bath
6 months appropriate baby snacks
first christmas keepsakes
teethers
baby music makers
teddy
dummies if they have one

presents i would go for toys which will last
baby walker
blocks
shape sorter
bath toy

My ds1 was only 5 months for his first Christmas and he had weaning bits and bobs, a toy phone, toy car keys, christmas teddy, Christmas book. I'm sure he had loads more but I'm not sure what

stacking rings, touch and feel books, sensory box/basket, love the baby selection box idea.
