Contains TMI and will no doubt be long winded!

I went to my mum's farm today to have a bonfire and roast some marshmallows, as you do! There are 11 cows on the farm, all ready to give birth. My mum is the one in charge to phone the farmer if any of the cows have their babies. Today while we were having the bonfire one of the ladies had twins! We noticed one of the cows was MIA and when we arrived on the scene one baby was healthy and sadly one was lifeless. The mum wasn't looking so great either so my mum had a bit of a panic and told me to run (through two fields!) and go get her phone to ring the farmer. I did, and ran back. Boy let me tell you I felt like one of the cows, ready to pop!

ANYWAY, I am now at home. Since the running (around 4pm) my stomach has been rock hard. I've been having BH on and off. They are very uncomfortable and I am just in general sore around the bump area. I've had two BH since starting this thread lol. I have needed to go to the loo twice since I got home (no.2) and still feel like I need to go. Do you think it's my bodies way of telling me I overdid it? Or should I be slightly more concerned?

Thanks for any advice :thumbup::flower:

Didn't want to read and run, but it might be worth giving your MW a ring Hun. Xx

Well I wont bother ringing my MW, she's absolutely useless and chances are she wont even answer her phone.

I just didn't want to bother the labour ward if it wasn't anything to be alarmed about. Maybe just wait it out till the morning and see how I'm getting on? :shrug:

Call your labour ward hun and just ask their opinion, always better to be safe than sorry xx

If you are worried then ring but when I overdo it (which is often with a 1yo) the exact same thing hapens to me... I actually had some really strong contractions one day as I was making a shepherds pie. Pour yourself a drink and lay down for an hour and hopefully it will ease it xxx
