Proactive labour aids - RRL/perineum massage...

Ok so I have been speaking with a few ladies recently and researching the use of red raspberry leaf tea/capsules in the third tri to help prep for labour...

I have also head suggestions of a perineum massage - have any ladies here done this and has it helped? Also, do you use any form of oil or that and which ones are safe? And any tips? Lol! :blush:

And any other little tips or tricks that could help? I am terrible with pain and want it to be as quick as possible :D

I'm in my 27th week now so finally in to the third tri and now just want to do whatever I can to make labour as easy and special as possible! Lol - I am going to try frequent stretches and yoga also!
