Hi.

I was wondering anyone has any tips or advicefor me.
I have horrible skin on the tops of my arms, it's all red and blotchy.

Is there anything I can do on the run up to thewedding on the 1st may to calm itdown. Are there any products you swear by or any tips you do. Ipeob should have sorted it sooner but i starting to panic about it now.

Tia. Xx

Hi hun i used to have this i still have a little but not as much....try using a soft sponge or the shower scrunchies with some coconut body cream in the shower thats what i use, its just blocked up pores :) xxxx gd luck

Hey like milk allergy type of thing?? You can get them on your legs too?? I used to just use scrub and use baby oil and the red might not totally go away :( But it goes smooth and less noticeable :hugs: Least it worked for me

Thanks. I will try those tips.

I had a shower scrunchy thing for Xmas so will try that.

Should I moisturise too? Or will that make it worse?

Thanks. Xx

For the day, as a one off, maybe a very light spray tan?

yeah i was going to say that, moisturise it everyday maybe start using a dove or johnsons body lotion with a build up gradual tan x

Thanks I will try some tanning stuff too. I have very. Fair skin so can't use too much or i will look silly. But got to be worth a try.

Think it's time for some experiments!

I will be wearing a veil on church as ihave tattoos on my arms which will also hide my arms a bit, but want to take it off at the reception.

Thanks again xxx

It sounds like keratosis pilaris - very common, very hard to get rid of. Exfoliation, moisturising, and creams with urea, lactic acid and aha's in them can help x

Oh right. I have had it most of my life.

But anything that helps tone it down is worth a try.

Thanks xxx

Me too. Its worse if you are pale skinned. I found using sunbeds helped, but they are so bad for you I wouldnt recommend it x

Have you looked into microderm abrasion? Not sure if that would be an option but wouldn't hurt to find out.

Hope it works for you, fake tan def helps it dull down, my sister has it really badly :(
