Problems with Tommee Tippee bottles

I used to stir my LOs formula because it shouldn't be full of air and never had this problem with TT bottles.. Sounds like a vent issue to me

We do sometimes but baby is on reflux milk which is thick, its hit and miss with it.

This only happened to us when Emmy was on a river based formulas for spit up. It was a thicker formula and sometimes didn't fully dissolve. When she was switched to a different formula out was never a problem unless the vent had closed. That happens very rarely. Don't think we've had any issues for months.
