profile and name help

hiya. i've not had the chance to do much on here yet but i was wondering how i get little countdown and things to appear when i post a comment? pictures and when i got my positive test and things?
i was also not sure how/if i could change my username?
help would be appreciated. thanks

Google pregnancy tickers, make one and then copy and paste the code into your sig. To get to your sig go to user cp near the top of the left hand side of the page and got to edit signature. Then save it. You will have to ask admin about changing your name I think
