Hi girls! I just popped over from TTC to ask if any of you had any experience of this. I have noticed from charting my cycles that my LP is only 8 days and getting shorter! I am going to see my docs about it but I don't know if he will do anything because we have only been TTC for 4 months. I know I have no right to complain after so little time but I don't want to TTC for another year only for them to say "oh dear well that would have been easy to fix!" No sense waiting for nothing!??!?

Anyway, if anyone used non prescription progesterone cream for help with progesterone defficiency/luteal phase defect I would be most grateful for advice?

Thanks girls and I hope you find your paths to BFP-dom soon. x

sorry i cant help you, sum1 else mite b able to though...defo go to ur dr anyway an c what they say...good luck x

Check out this ongoing thread

It's certainly made a difference to me by using B100. I was on it to start with and it helped and decreased it but I had to increase it back up as I'm getting spotting way too early on.

Also what I never new when starting out was that when I get spotting, you don't start counting this as CD1, wait until you have red flow and basically have to use sanitory protection. HTH

Good luck
