Hi Ladies,

Can someone please help with this:
I am going to be doing 100mg progesterone suppositories once a night.

Is 100 enough?
My last lp was only 3 days.

It's very individual hun...they will adjust it if it doesn't have the desired effect after a few cycles. Some women respond very quickly and add 1-2 days on per cycle straight away and others need a higher dosage or more time to add days on to their luteal phase. I can tell you I only used cream not rx suppositories or pills and with a dosage of half that I added a day on to each cycle leading up to my bfp. Hope that gives you some reference!
