Hi everyone,
I am going to try the progesterone suppository since I've been spotting for the last 2 cycles few days before my period starts. I never used any vaginal suppository, anyone has any tip how to insert it in the right way so it works properly? Also, I tried drinking grapefruit juice/take evening primrose oil this cycle to see if my cm will be increased bc I read that sperm die very quickly if there's not enough cm. Do you take grapefruit juice/EPO from cd 1 until you get positive opk, or until you confirmed you ovulated? Thank you!
