Ok, sorry to start another thread, but I have another question...
For those of you who use/used progesterone cream, how many mg per day did you use? I have Pro-gest, which says 1/4 teaspoon has 20 mg of progesterone, but it doesn't say how many mg to take/day, just that you need 2 "dime sized" dollops per day....
Please, anyone with any knowledge??
