PROM at 25 +6 weeks

I went to get checked today as I kept leaking water.
My test came back positive so they transferred me to a better hospital
But I noticed my fluid was yellow (I even collected some in a jar and it was like urine yellow)
Has anyone had this before? I'm
So worried that I may have an infection
Has anyone prom at the same gestation.
I'm so worried, they told me that usually woman will have their babies within 48 hours.
I also have a short cervix and having contractions

Aww Natalie Hun, i had pprom at 30 + 1 i did have some contractions that day but they steadied off, i had steroids and after 4 days i was allowed to go home, since then docs have tried to shun me off sayin my hole had resealed and if i lost any more i had to go bk in.....its happened twice since so now they are actually takin iy seriously and i am bein induced at 36 weeks.....some hosps induce at 34 but its usually done before 37...when the risk of infection outweighs risk of preterm baby....and yes mine is slightly yellow at the minute ( havin very small leak constantly) it can vary from clear to like a straw colour....its only a worry if its bloody (infection) green or brown as that can mean baby has pooed inside due to distress......hope they manage to stop contractions and keep your baby in a while longer xxx
