Hey friends! I am on CD 52. My last cycle was induced by Prometrium. We tried Clomid 50 mg, but no ovulation occurred (that I know of, but it was unmonitored). I never got a positive OPK and I don't think my temperature rose. We are trying a higher dosage this month.

Anyway, I took ten days worth of progesterone (200 mg). I finished my pills on Thursday night, and it is now Sunday night, so I finished three days ago. My doctor said my period should come within a week, however, the last two cycles that I was on the supplement, my period came while taking it (all my recent cycles have been anovulatory). The first month, it came on the ninth day (with one pill left), and last month it came on the seventh day (with three pills left).

My doctor said to consider CD 1 the first day with bright red blood, but all I've had is some light pink spotting and some reddish brown streaked with clear discharge. I'm just confused. I took an hpt yesterday and it was negative (well, a line did pop up after the time limit, but it was a blue dye). Plus, the last time I had intercourse with hubby was CD 20 (I've been out of town and we took a little break during the nonexistent but hopeful 2WW). I feel that if I was PG, that would be more than enough time to get a strong positive result.

Anyway, I just don't know if I should consider either of these spotting days CD1. Or if this is normal. Or if there is some possible way that I could be pregnant with slow rising HCG (wishful thinking, Lol!). I'm just waiting to start my next round of Clomid and ready to get the ball rolling.

Both times I took Prometrium last time, AF started with spotting but was full force in a few hours. I've had light spotting on and off since Friday and nothing yet.
