protein + 3 ???

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I went to hospital for my Anti d yesterday and they tested my urine which had protein + 3, midwife said it was not a good sign and expected my blood pressure to be high, it was slightly raised ( 130/80) but she said nothing to be concerned about. Ive had my urine sent off and i get results today at 1pm, said it could be kidney related. I've just finished a course of antibiotics for a uti,when my urine only showed protein + 1.
I feel pretty naff but have just put it down to general pregnancy.Anyone had this?

i have it alot and i have had antibiotics for utis also.. i am diabetic and at the mo no one concerned hun..
