Provera didn't work...what's going on?!

I know I probably shouldn't freak out (yet). But everything had been going great cycle wise, didn't need Provera for about 7 or 8 months, until this last cycle that got messed up because I messed up with my femara and was never able to get my trigger. So, after confirming I wasn't pregnant I started Provera and ended the 10th pill on the 18th. I started cramping right around the 16th or 17th and thought for sure it was doing its job and I would start any day. I never started and today has been exactly a week since the last pill (although I know I have read sometimes it can take up to 14 days). That wasn't the case for me the few times I did take it, I always started 1-2 days after taking the last pill.

What's wrong with me? I tested for pregnancy a few days ago, nothing, I have 1 more test at home, I will try that, otherwise, no ideas. What's really annoying too is that on Friday I had such bad cramping and such sore bbs that I just KNEW I was going to start any second, since then, the cramping has gone away and my bbs are back to their normal not sore selves.....what's going on?

For anyone Provera didn't work for, how long did your dr have you wait until taking another 10 days of it? Not sure what to do....

All signs of AF now gone....hoping to hear from someone who this has happened to. I am very irritated with my body, it needs to just hurry up, get over it's problems and get me pregnant already! Ugh!

I leave for a week long trip in 18 days. Should I just wait until after my trip, which I will be back March 25th to try the Provera yet again? Tested for pregnancy again last night, even though I think that idea is so far fetched it's quite a laugh.

Maybe I will start the Provera whilst on vacation so that when I return AF will hopefully show and I can get on with a new cycle.

Any suggestions?
