Has anyone used either of these to help with sperm count/motility/morphology? I'm looking for successes and failures...I don't care...I just want to know what I should be expecting.

I have not heard of either of those. What are they? Are they supplements?

Yep they're both supplements. Proxeed is pretty much a sperm multivitaminand pycnogenol is a strong antioxidant that is supposed to counteract a vericocele by opening up the blood flow and that in turn helps with morphology. DH just started taking it a month ago, so we won't know if any of it's helped for another 2 months.

I am also very interested to know more about pycnogenol for sperm issues it is said to be one of the most potent bioactive antioxidants. I want to add it to my DH's routine. Has anyone tried it?
