psp?????????

i was given a link for psp, so i downloaded it, just as instructed...
but when i click on the desktop icon i get this message

"to start this application for the first time or to activate, log in using an administrator level account. From then on, you can use any user account to strt this application."

am i just being thick lol.. i tried right clicking to run as admin but the option isnt even there

i use vista if that helps... please can someone help me, i want to join the siggy comp pmsl xx

Right click on the program's shortcut, and click properties. In the Shortcut tab click advanced. Check "Run as administrator" and apply it. Try the program again.

ok, well i managed to get that far lol, but wen i click advanced, nothin is highlighted so i cant click it... so close but yet so far x
