pullin pain next to belly button????

hiya ladies, first time to be here and quite concerned....im 32 weeks 4 days pregnant and since late this afternoon ive had summin like a pullin pain next to my belly button on the left side. any idea's what this might be? has anyone had this? it dont pull/hurt if im still but if i move a certain way like gettin up from sittin down, cough, blow my nose, sneeze, that sort of things i get this pullin pain. i went and got monitored today because of less fatal movement and the baby seems to be fine. but i got this pain after i got monitored? should i be worried or is this quite normal? thanku to who anyone who replies, i apreciate it x x

I had the same thing happen to me at 32 weeks, but it was on the right side of my belly button. I have not had it since it happened and I went to the dr today and everything is good, so I would try not to worry too much about it
