Pulling out the treadmill tonight

I'm sooooo worried about blowing up during pregnancy. Tonight im pulling out or the treadmill.
 
Although im not actually in this section yet (still WTT #2 :blush:) I have a treadmill that I use, even during pregnancy. Just keep the exercise low(ish) key, I basically fast walk xx
 
How far along are you? I have found it nearly impossible to move from bed!

6 weeks 5 days. I feel fine. I got hit with morning sickness two days ago, but besides that I am fine. Boobies are sore in the AM then ease off within an hour. But I did notice that my clothes are already feeling tighter, so I want to make sure I only gain healthy weight... not a bunch of unnecessary extra weight. . I am just walking at about 2.5 speed and sometimes I add a little incline and I go for about 15 - 30 min at a time. Nothing major.
 
I never have ANY energy in the first trimester to do exercise.
 
Suddenly starting exercises that you don't normally do during pregnancy isn't the best idea. If you do want to start definitely build up slowly, I'd leave the treadmill where it is and take up walking instead xx
