Pulling pain when coughing

This happens especially at night or first thing in the morning.

When I cough, sneeze, laugh or twist a certain way I get an awful pulling pain from my belly button down to my bikini line. Sometimes its on 1 side and sometimes its on both.

Anyone else experience anything similar

Yep! I've had this quite a few times. I think it's just from all the stretching going on and the extra force of coughing, sneezing etc causes it to be painful.
