Question about acid reflux

Can acid reflux cause increased saliva?
I ask because for two days I have acid reflux really bad and I've noticed more saliva.
Tomorrow is my appt and I'll ask for a script but it's really painful and the saliva thing is annoying.

Yes, it does for me! I have reflux constantly (not currently pregnant!) and when it starts burning my mouth waters like mad.

I'm on Omeprazole because I take regular ibuprofen which has caused the issue. Rennies etc didn't help for it.

I think I use to take the same. I can't wait for 130pm today when I see my doctor. Last night I was up most of the night in pain.

I'm glad to hear that your Doctor gave you something to take.

I suffer with really bad reflux/heartburn, even when I'm not pregnant! I have to take Lansoprazole daily but you can't take that whilst pregnant so I have to take Gaviscon.
