im getting my hsg right around when i O. can i resume ttc that night its been a long time since my last one and dont remember.

I had my first IUI about a week after my hsg so ttc is definitely a go.

I know it ups your odds of conception the first couple of months after you have one done but I'm not sure if trying that night is a great idea.

I was partially blocked and a bit sore all around, even if I was set to O that day I'm not sure I would have been keen on fooling around that first night lol. Good question for your doc if it'll be cutting your timing so close!

Hi there I was to tender around the day of hsg.
Fingers crossed for the hsg pregnancy boost.
Unfortunately it didn't work for me , gave us a little hope. But hear it really boosts chances for 3 cycles after hsg x

i had one yrs ago we where infertile for over 5 yrs and we got that and where told unexplain infertility after meds and what not and i only had a 20 percen chance with ivf so after much though we had to tell ourselves well that is mother nature telling us to just deal..

i was so suprised months after the hcg when i got pregnant with my son....so im hoping same thing :)

Go for it. HSG can clear any debris out of your tubes, making it easier to conceive. :flow: And so you a good story before going in: My HSG didn't hurt at all. When they did it, the only thing I even really felt was at one point the catheter actually tickled and I laughed hard enough the doctor had to stop for a second. Afterwards I had no soreness whatsoever, no recovery needed, BD'd that night! I hope it goes equally easily for you!!

I just did hsg today and hoping for a good news this month. My natural cycle IVFs didn't work, so now it's up to nature.
We are doing IUI in 3 days.
Justhoping, please let me know if you got lucky.
Praying and hoping for a sticky bean:dust::dust::dust:

Bunny, you are back!
I cried for your angel, your siggy is so wonderful and touching:hugs:
Praying and hoping your frosty will be the one!

I was advised to continue TTC right away. In my case the HSG was done after ovulation (or the day of) but my husband was out of town anyway and the DR didn't want me to have to wait another month.

I had both tubes blocked, secondary infertility, and we're in month 3 of TTC after my tubes were reopened (maybe just one totally...) but we weren't "all in". This month im doing the Metformin, Clomid, Temping, Charting and the whole 9

Hey girl! So good to see you! Good luck at your IUI. When do you trigger? I'm thinking lots of good thoughts for you! DH and I just got home from the clinic. Had two little snowbabies transferred today, a 3AB and a 3BB. I wore my necklace urn to the appt (as I always do) so our little angel could be with us, too. (After my m/c, DH and I were lucky to find a really nice funeral home that did the cremation for our little boy, and they ordered this super tiny, teardrop shaped urn for him. It hangs on a necklace chain so I can always have him with me.)

I am rooting and cheering for you. It will work this time, you deserve it so much!

I'm trying to be hopeful. 5dp5dt here and a BFN so far. Just want to see that second line. Dh and I are setting things up for a fresh cycle just in case. Going to be the last we can afford for a while, so FX'd.

How you doing?

I hope and pray it's too early. We just need to be a little bit more patient. I really think we'll be blessed with a little one soon:flower:

I did my IUI today, I havn't o'ed yet. My follicle was 20,6mm. I didn't trigger HCG, I wanted more natural way of treatment this cycle.

Hey girly. Sorry I haven't been on in a few days. This morning was 10dp5dt. I took three different brands of ultra-sensitive tests as well as a regular FRER and CB test. All of them = BFN. Trying to get the funding together to head back out to Prague in a couple days. Pretty depressed about it all. Don't really want to have to live in Prague for another month and a half, but need to take advantage of the impending AF to start on the next fresh cycle. :sob:

I'll go over to your page now and follow it. :flow:
