Question about likelihood of conceiving

Anyone know what the chances of conceiving are if we on day 20 of a 29/30 day cycle? I'm thinking not much!

If your LP is only 9 - 10 days long a very good chance but if you have a "normal" Lp of 14 day not a chance at all

I would say probably not very high...most woman do not ovulate during that time. Good luck though!

If it was me, quite high. I ovulate around 9/10 days before AF arrives...

It's my understanding that if your LP is only 9-10 days, there's not enough time for the egg to properly burrow into the uterus lining and there's a higher risk of miscarriage or not conceiving at all. MrsGruffalo - have you thought of possibly progesterone supplements or something to lengthen your LP?

I think my LP is 15 days...at least it was before i conceived my first baby. Not been temping or doing anything since my periods returned.

If your LP is 15 days and you're expecting AF in less than that amount of time, you have little to no chance of conceiving. The egg only survives for 12 to sometimes 24 hours after ovulation and you would have ovulated about a week ago.
