question about milk dispensers

hello girls. Just wondered what you all do with your milk dispensers. I use a travel one with 3 compartments or the tomme tippee ones that fit in the bottle. I sterelise them and then dry them with kitchen towel, which i know i shouldnt do cuz then they wont be sterile but you cant put the milk staight in cuz they are wet and it all sticks. What do you all do? And for ladies that use the tommee tippee ones do you only use them when going out or do you put them in the fridge in the bottles cuz someone has told me to do this but i didnt think you could put powder in the fridge.
