Question about OPK..

Hey everyone! I am on my second month TTC. Came off BCP about 3 months ago. So far my cycles have been a regular 28 days or so. My LMP was 5/19. I had a negative OPK on 5/30 at 730pm and a positive OPK on 5/31 at 730pm. I haven't done anything else to track ovulation other than that. Is it likely that I ovulated on the 1st? Or do I basically have to assume it was anywhere from the 1-3rd?

Once you get a positive OPK, do any of you continue to take the test a few more times?

Usually you will ovulate 12-36 hours after your first positive opk so I would go with the 1st when counting dpo. I keep testing but a lot of people recommend against it, I just like to see how long it lasts and if it gets darker.

Thanks! I kinda considered to keep testing because it seems it would help pinpoint when you actually ovulated. I use the ones with smiley face vs empty circle. Thanks for your reply
