Question about ovulation. Please help

I have PCOS so I almost always get positive opks. Well recently my cycles have been trying to come normally and I stopped getting positive opks. On April 15 I finally my first positive opk in a month and it lasted for 3 days and then was gone.

My question is if I ovulated what day do you think I did and how many dpo does that make me? One more question how many dpo should I test I did today and it was a BFN.

(I know I have been at the TTC thing for a while but remember I never really got a true opk because of the PCOS so I am still new with this concept.)

So, I think you probably ovulated on 19/20 april. You can test after 13 or 14 dpo.

I'd say about 18/19 if the 17th was the last day of pos opk?
Wishing you lots of luck. I also have pcos and I used to get positives all the time. I'm now on metformin and my cycle seems to be normal now. I ov on the 20th this month so I'm pretty much testing at the same time as you! fx for us both xx
