I'v just finished my pill and ready for AF. Im not sure how long my cycles are yet but me and OH still want to start trying now (I know some ladies wait a month till they have their proper period) but we're too excited to wait another month!
Ive brough the thermometer to test my temperature every day to see when it rises for ovulation. But whats the best and proper way to do it?

Shall I start testing my temp every day after my AF finishes, and at what temp is a sure indicator for ov?

Any tips would be amazing!

Use Fertility Friend. Their course is a great overview. You don't have to temp during AF but I do. Temp the same time every day. Enter your temp.

The best indicator of ovulation in advance (to know when to DTD) is your cervical fluid. Read up on it in the course.

hey i haven't been temping, but the thermometer i bought came with a chart and told you everything you need to know about it, i know there are some websites https://www.justmommies.com/articles/bbt-charting.shtml sorry i cant be to helpful, i know some ladies on here will be able to tell you more, but wanted to write you something. and just so you know, it may take your body sometime to adjust after stopping BC, i stopped in Oct and still not regular, but some people dont need any time to regulate, Just so you know. I wish you lots of baby dust though!!! Good luck!! :dust:
