Hi, maybe a naive question but I got a positive opk on both urine stick and fertility monitor on cd11. But how can I know exact date of ovulation? Usually these tests just tell you when ovulation is coming (typically 1-3days), but there is no test out there that gives a real time reading of actual ovulation has occurred and on which day right? Besides basal temperature readings which were never that accurate for me.
Ok, so let's say I ovulated on cd13 which could be real because I was having some back pain and not feeling well. Today is just 2dpo and I am officially in the "unending" 2ww and looking for support. I'm getting some physical pulling or tension type feeling near my uterus. I've also been having lower back pain and a little sore throat over expected ovulation period and even today. I hope this is a good sign!
