Question for the vitex users...TMI

I have been taking Vitex for a little over a month now. I am now CD10 and I have noticed an increased amount of creamy CM. I am pretty sure I didn't Ov last cycle. Is increased CM something you noticed when you started taking vitex? Did Vitex work for you?

I think it worked for me! I am still breastfeeding and hadn't had a period since LO was born (he's now 17 months). Started taking Vitex and I got EWCM within a couple of weeks (and hugely increased sex drive ). I started temperature charting after I started taking the Vitex so I could see if it works and looks like I have definitely ovulated for the first time since having Thomas! Yay! Hope it works for you hun, sounds like increased CM could be a very good sign.
