Question for women with thyroid issues

I have Hashimotos and I am currently 7 weeks pregnant. I got lab work done 4 weeks ago and my tsh was .06. When I got my lab work yesterday my tsh was 17!! My doctor is very concerned that I am going to miscarry. I was just wondering if anyone had a high tsh during pregnancy and went on to have a healthy baby? My doctor increased my dosage of synthroid right away but is still very worried. This is our second pregnancy. Our first one also ended I miscarriage so we were very excited about this one. Any advice or personal stories would be appreciated.
