After BD, when my husband releases inside and then comes out, I am keeping my legs in the air, close to my shoulders (on good days when I'm feeling flexible) or in a 'happy baby' yoga pose for half hour. I've been doing this every time we BD. There is some amount of some white stuff that comes out when I sit up after a half hour. It is the amount and size of the width of my first finger. Is this normal? It could be cervical mucus but I believe some is sperm too. Anyone have this happen to them? Will it be a problem?

I'm no expert, still ttc #1 myself but From my research, keeping your legs up won't help or hurt sperm movement. Although some experts say that staying in a laying down position for 10-30 min will help a bit, but most swimmers that are going to get where they need to will make it through at the first burst. Some fluid will always leave your body and most likely it will not be anything viable.

It's normal. Its leftover semen. The good swimmers make their way up right way and the rest is the liquid they come out in and extra sperm.
