Sorry if this should be somewhere else or has already been answered but this is getting really bad. I use my laptop for this site so the mouse isn't always the best as I just use my finger on the pad....the "roll over this for the ad" is SUPER annoying. The ad then pops up in front of my face and it's almost like I have a war with it. I close out and then the mouse is right there again and it pops back up so it's like a war to get it away quickly.

Basically, it's near impossible to avoid. Is there a way to get rid of those kind of ads or anything I can do on my end? If I want to read something, I will click on it..simply rolling over it and it pops up is annoying.

And how do I get an adblocker? I didn't know adblockers removed the ads on this page :D

Could you please provide the following:
Country you live in
The name of the ad
A screen shot of the problem when it's happening

Thanks :D

Same problem.. and because of it I will basically never shop at Macys. For any reason. Ever.

No problem.

I am in the USA
Name of the Ad....Macy's Ad and Country Crock Ad
Screen Shot of Macys one:

This is what it looks like before you scroll over it...see arrow

This is what happens when you scroll over it:

SOrry they're so small....I don't know how to make them bigger but (as I am sure you know) if you click them they get a little bigger :)

Exact same problem and screen shots would be the same.

This is what came up as soon as I came to the site - it didn't even involve scrolling over anything. It's a VIDEO and it's annoying. I'm all for ads, but not when I have to take extra steps to get rid of them, as well as having them start blaring audio at me.

Oh no, I haven't seen that one yet!

I now don't even have to scroll over the ad. It automatically loads covering half the screen, and when I close it, it pops back up! I am in the United States, and it is whatever ad is being featured at the top when ever I come to the site. (it varies every time)

I've got the same problem!

Ugh. Macy's will NEVER get my business now!

I see you're on Firefox. Get AdBlock Plus. It's an add on. Makes all the ads disappear! :)

I have finally downloaded the ad blocker plus and IT WORKED!!!!

It's great! Someone even posted out to get rid of the article as a while back so I just see BnB as a forum. No ads, no nothing :)
