quick question

Basically, I've got the Leeds meet on monday. It's about an hour or so by train, so we're staying sunday and monday night. It's been arranged for aaaages.
The problem is... FOB He's turned around today and said I'm not taking Connor, and if I do, he'll have me arrested for kidnap. Can he do this?

How is it kidnap if you've got custody, he knows where you're going to be and you're coming back in two days? If he tried to report it, he'd be done for wasting police time.

I agree with Whoops... You have full custody so he wouldn't stand a chance... & if his gonna get picky u can take LO on holiday for upto 4 weeks without his permission... let him report it as it will just help you if u ever need evidence.. I wouldn't tell him stuff like that in the future. xx

I'm not sure if the background do you have joint custody or have you gone for a residency order? I think he's talking crap personally do you really think he would ring the police?

We have joint custody... And tbh, I don't think he would... He's all talk. But I just needed to check, just to stop worrying
