Quick question.

I have got a council and housing benefit in claim from that I need to fill in and send off.

Me and FOB broke up a few days ago, he is staying with his mum,but still paying rent for here. Do I put him on the form? And maybe just write in the additinal details bit that he is paying rent but no longer here?

Yep just put it in the additional details. They may request more info - how long he's going to continue paying it etc
