1st one is 3000 words and you have to discuss the continuing care needs of a patient with Hepatitis C ( government documents, local and national policies etc!)

2nd one is 1500 words and is about management of change, you have to change something to do with nutrition on the ward and explain benefit etc !!

i had aggy up at the weekend as yall know!!

was at nursery 2day wi kiddlies, they loved it, well chloe did she was trying 2 get me 2 bugger off(tata mummy!!!) callum slept thro it so as of 29th jan my babies will be at nursery 1 full day and 1 half day!!!!

spoke 2 my IR manny(wanker prick asshole man)and he says im no further 4ward thn i was in sept, just want 2 curl up n cr to be honest sorry off subject..

had a gr8 weekend but shitty start 2 teh week!
