Right I need to get to yummy mummy standards! My (20 ekkk :shock:) birthdays in 3 weeks tomorow and i'm going out with some of my friends and a few of amazing girlys from here :kiss:

This is what im wearing :D

And well to be frank, I want to look hot! Which therefore means I need to start watching what I eat.

Day one so far!

Bowl of special k with semi skimmed milk
1 and a half pints of water

and ive done 1000 cals on the good ol exercise bike Go me! :happydance:
I tell you what though it dont half hurt your bum :shock:

Im just drying my hair and then me and Jack are off for a nice walk to get something healthy for lunch :) Im thinking jacket potato and prawns :) nom nom nom nom.

Then posibly a chicken salad for dinner :D and maybe abit more on the exercise bike.

Oooo exercise bike is a well good idea, I might ask mum if I can pinch hers!

Thanks girlies :D I went to Co Op and bought loads of fruit and veg :D

Im eating my yummy potato and prawns with reduced fat thousand island dressing (15 cals per tablespoon!)

And I had a clementine to keep me going while it was cooking.

Im munching on a massive fruit salad. Its lush. The amount im having it will probably make me ill though lol.
 
So yesturday I had

Day one

Food

  • Bowl of special k
  • Baked potato with prawns and reduced fat thousand island dressing
  • A massive fruit salad
  • A cheese and lettuce sandwich with flora light :( :dohh:


Excerise
  • 2000 cals on the exercise bike
  • 20 minute walk

So I think yesturday was quite a good day apart from the sandwich. I felt so guilty eating it. :growlmad:
 
Im getting a wii and wii fit plus :happydance: Cant wait. Getting it wednesday so hopefully that will be better than the bike because thats killing my bum :shock:
 
I'm well jealous of you Rach!

I want an exercise bike and I can't afford a Wii Fit or a Wii till after xmas :cry:

And I looked at what you ate yesterday and I thought :shock: I'd be STARVING.

You are doing so well! :happydance: keep up the good work lady :D
 
Day two

Food
  • Portion of grapes
  • Snacked on cherry tomatoes
  • Baked potato and salad

Excercise
  • 2500 cals on the excercise bike(500 extra because i diddnt go for a walk)
 
Erkkk I annoying myself today. Keep looking at myself and being repulsed :(. My problem is I want to see results as soon as I start. I need to keep it up to see them.

Im going to weigh myself today and tbf im abit worried about what I am. I have no idea atall. Not even sure what stone I am. Going to go and pick up some healthy meals in Asda aswell.

I can do this :)
 
Well I weighed myself. 8stone 6lbs. Thats not THAT bad isit? Im aiming to be around 7 and a half :)
Ive bought slim fast shakes and WW ready meals.
