Right I need to get to yummy mummy standards! My (20 ekkk ) birthdays in 3 weeks tomorow and i'm going out with some of my friends and a few of amazing girlys from here

And well to be frank, I want to look hot! Which therefore means I need to start watching what I eat.
Day one so far!
Bowl of special k with semi skimmed milk
1 and a half pints of water
and ive done 1000 cals on the good ol exercise bike Go me!
I tell you what though it dont half hurt your bum
Im just drying my hair and then me and Jack are off for a nice walk to get something healthy for lunch Im thinking jacket potato and prawns nom nom nom nom.
Then posibly a chicken salad for dinner and maybe abit more on the exercise bike.
