I just fed my LO a strawberry and raspberry yogurt out of a jar and was surprised to find, on closer inspection of the ingredients label, that the main ingredient was in fact ......... APPLES!!!

It reminds me of the 'orange' capri sun; ok it contains only fruit juices now as opposed to flavourings but orange is just one of many in there, including cherry, acerola (had to look that one up!) and others...xx

It's a Hipp Organic one and the ingredients say:

Fruits 35% (apples 15%, strawberries 11%, grape juice concentrate and raspberries 2%).

The rest of the ingredients are yogurt, water, ground rice, carrot juice!

I guess there is nothing too nasty in there and it's not like I have anything against apples it's just that I don't often buy jarred food and this showed me how important it is to read labels and not just the big bit on the front!
